People who are interested in learning to fly can go to the Web site and get a Discovery Flight Certificate that includes an informational DVD, a logbook, and a referral to one of the more than 400 flight schools that work with Pilot Journey.
“Flight Design has a large number of aircraft flying in the United States,” said Gary Bradshaw, founder of Pilot Journey. “Many of those aircraft are at a Flight Design Pilot Center and we look forward to putting new students in those aircraft and helping those flight schools grow. With our new real-time lead program, we will be able to send prospective pilot leads to Flight Design Pilot Centers within minutes of a visitor inquiry at Pilot Journey.”
“Pilot Journey is a great resource for student pilots seeking a place to take flight instruction,” said John Gilmore, national sales manager for Flight Design USA. “When prospective students search, they use the Internet. Pilot Journey generates more than 30,000 unique visitors each month to use a variety of resources to help them select a great school. Using our market-leading light sport aircraft, the CTLS, we offer many places to train for sport pilot in a LSA, … more than any other brand.”
