mo Joplin Philip A Powell I have thirty years of aviation background, as a pilot, and as an air traffic controller. I begain in aviation with a desire to achive a Boy Scout merit badge. I reached this goal with the help of a local pilot who donated his time and aircraft to Boy Scouts Of America. Today I don't even remember that pilots name, but I do remember that first flight, and the opportunities it opened for me. I would like to be that forgotten pilot in some childs memory thirty years from now. I am availible at almost any time, to any organization, for the porpose of inspiring young people about aviation.
