This all-composite twinjet is the turbine-powered companion to Adam Aircraft’s A500 piston twin. Max cruise speed is advertised as 340 knots at FL380. Adam went into bankruptcy, but AAI Acquisition, Inc., a Russian company, purchased the company’s assets and has revitalized the A700 program. Certification is expected in the first quarter of 2010.
