Antenna tower a hazard to aerial navigation, AOPA says

AOPA is opposing the proposed height (1,695 feet msl) of an antenna tower near Saratoga County Airport in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. With the tower at that height, the airport's takeoff minimums would have to be increased, which would negatively impact the ability of pilots to depart in poor weather. AOPA wants the FAA to lower the antenna tower to 1,611 feet msl.
