The deadline to apply for one or more of 98 scholarships offered by Women in Aviation, International is just around the corner.
Applicants must be WAI members as of Nov. 2. The application window closes on Nov. 16.
Primary and advanced training for rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft, type ratings, dispatcher certification, crop dusting, and more are among the offerings available.
WAI membership includes men and women. “Our scholarship program is not just for pilots, not just for students, not just for young people, and not just for women,” WAI President Peggy Chabrian said in July when the 2015 scholarship window was opened.

Scholarships will be distributed during WAI’s twenty-seventh annual conference, to be held March 10 through 12, 2016, in Nashville, Tennessee.
