We landed there for an overnight on 3/1/12. Snow forecast so Haps Air Service put us in a hangar for $15. Fuel prices substantially below DSM prices. Friday morning, on pre-flight, our heated pitot tube was dead. Haps looked at it immediately and determined we needed a new pitot. They located one, ordered it for over-night Saturday delivery and had us on our way by 10am Saturday morning. They could not have been more attentive, friendly, or cooperative. Total labor charge (including Saturday service) was only one hour at their standard shop rate, even though they came in on Saturday just to work on our plane. This is a third generation, family run, FBO. I highly recommend them.
