- 4/29/14BRUCE W.Redtail isn't a typical full-service FBO. But the staff was friendly, if a bit harried. I recommend calling ahead to arrange any services you might need. Ramp access is complicated by TSA for the occasional SkyWest flights out of KCNY. You can use a …
