I'm based in ELM and the FBO is very nice (fairly new), but the fees for non-based pilots are steep and fuel is more expensive than most airports in the region. Enjoy the complimentary popcorn, soft serve ice cream and coffee.

BEWARE OF FEES! On Aug 27 Atlantic Aviation @ ELM charged me a $40 facility fee and $7.50 security fee in addition to the $15.20 landing fee! And yes, they do have free ice cream and popcorn.
