Out of control with fees! For bonanza, $25.00 a night. Fuel almost $7.00, handling fee if fuel not bought. The final straw was $100.00 fee if you leave after 21:00! There were 2 aircraft pilots who arrived at the same time. One opening of the gate co…

Flew in for a day visit, Signature people were courteous, Fees for the day visit (no fuel purchase) were about $48-. Uber or taxi to town readily available with quick response. Taxiway Alpha (paralleling runway) has some noticeable bumps.

We flew in for a long weekend, April 6-8th. The linemen where polite as was the people behind the counter. Francisco stood out as providing excellent service, friendly and I felt he gave me the best deal allowed!

Avoid Key West unless you wish to be ripped off by Signature. Expensive fuel, "handling" fees, outrageous parking fees. If you must see Key West land at Marathon and rent a car, it'll be cheaper, and you won't get that "they really screwed me " feeli…

5-13-2016: Landed on Friday the 13th and taxied to Signature. While the FBO was very busy, I have to say the ramp crew was very helpful and prompt. The front desk arranged a taxi, and since I was not buying fuel, asked if I wanted to prepay the ramp …

I land roughly each 3 months at KEYW with a Business Jet. This FBO is well aware that we have no choice and make no effort what so ever to improve their services. A smile would go a long way for the people manning to counter.

Was there late April. Great time. No issues at FBO. Yes, gas is pricey. No need to rent a car, it will be a hassle to park. Taxi is just fine and you can walk everywhere in town.
