Our Mission
Honor the legacy of the documented original Tuskegee Airmen by:
?1. Promoting the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen through community engagement in all our organizations activities.
2. Delivering dynamic youth aviation & mentor programs that impact youth from areas traditionally underrepresented in aviation & other science, technology, engineering and mathematics (s.t.e.m.) careers.
Our Evolution
The RedTail Flight Academy is perfectly situated and poised to embark on a world class aviation academy at the New York Stewart International Airport in September of 2021. The 14 CFR Part 141 program will be primarily focused on the need to increase the diversity within the aviation industry by offering scholarships to program entrants. We will strive to increase the percentage of minority aviators from the less than 2% of aviator in the military and the commercial space, to at least 4% in the next 10 years through our efforts and others. The trend of 2% in the industry has not changed since the growth of the professional aviation industry.
Our dynamic team of aviation experts have created an opportunity for traditionally under served communities to embark on what will be a fast-growing market that will lead to life changing jobs and careers.
From Private Pilot to Commercial Multi-Engine training, you can count on the RedTail Flight Academy to provide a best in class solution to your aviation career training goals.
