The B-29 DOC History Restored Tour

The B-29 DOC History Restored Tour will stop at the American Airpower Museum at Republic Airport on Long Island, May 21-26, 2025. B-29 DOC is one of 1,644 B-29 bombers built by the Boeing Company in Wichita, KS, during World War II and one of only two remaining airworthy B-29 Superfortress bombers worldwide. The iconic bomber will be available for ground and cockpit tours, along with B-29 DOC Flight Experience rides while at Republic Airport and the American Airpower Museum in Farmingdale, NY. Ground and cockpit tours will be available Wednesday through Friday, May 21-23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last ground tour ticket sold at 3:30 p.m.), B-29 DOC Flight Experience rides will be available Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 24-26 at 9 and 11 a.m., all three days, followed by ground and cockpit tours from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on those days.
