The Downwind Pilots Association (DPA) is a group of Long Island based pilots and aviation enthusiasts who share their passion for flying through social, educational, and community service activities. Our members have a broad range of experience, a common interest in developing future pilots, and fostering the growth and vitality of the general aviation community. DPA is a Not-For-Profit Corporation registered with New York State and the IRS.
