First sport pilot certificate in powered parachute issued
Baron Tayler will go down in the aviation history books as the first pilot to receive the sport pilot certificate with powered parachute privileges. Tayler, of Robesonia, Pennsylvania, earned the certificate Monday in Boynton, Florida, in a Powrachute Pegasus.
