The official trailer for the new Disney movie Planes has been released. The 3-D animated movie will be screened at this year’s EAA AirVenture Aug. 2 before opening in theaters Aug. 9.
The movie covers the adventures of Dusty (voiced by comedian Dane Cook), an airplane who dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer. But a fear of heights stymies Dusty’s dream. He is helped by a seasoned naval aviator (voiced by actor Stacy Keach) who helps him qualify to take on the defending champ of the race circuit. Other voices featured in the film include Anthony Edwards, Val Kilmer, Teri Hatcher, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Brad Garrett, and Cedric the Entertainer.
