Member Assistance Center
The Member Assistance Center handles more than 200,000 phone calls and 50,000 e-mails per year regarding membership applications and renewals and AOPA member benefits and services.
The department processes 600,000 transactions per year, including:
- AOPA Air Safety Foundation course registrations
- AOPA Expo registrations
- Flight Training CFI enrollments
- Project Pilot Mentor enrollments
