Ray Seif is the Team Lead; a graduate of Emrby-Riddle with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and minor in Safety and Management. Ray is a Commercial, Instrument-Rated pilot with over 500 total hours. He is also an Accelerated Ground Instructor. Ray is a huge fan of the Beech family of aircraft, particularly the Duchess, but the Sport holds a special place in his heart as it was the last plane that he owned.
Silka Bulleigh, CISR, is the Assistant Team Lead. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and really enjoys being able to help pilots with all of their insurance needs. Silka takes great satisfaction with being able to assist pilots with their last minute insurance needs. When she’s not in the office she enjoys gardening, hunting and playing with her grandkids.
Michelle Patterson is the Account Manager and Administrator for the Lake Amphibians Aircraft Insurance program. She says, “My favorite thing about working at AOPAIA is listening to the older pilots talk about their aircraft, and the passion they have for flying.” Michelle is an avid golfer and also coaches volleyball.
Nicholas Gills, CISR, is an Account Manager and is also a Certified Insurance Service Representative. His favorite part about working at AOPAIA is working with new pilots buying their first airplane. “They are always so excited and it encourages me to one day become a pilot myself,” says Nicholas. When he’s not talking to pilots, he enjoys fishing, public speaking and playing with his kids.
Mark Wise is an account manager and newest member of Team X-Ray. He is excited to begin his career at AOPAIA and is especially excited to be working with pilots. When Mark isn’t in the office he enjoys working on muscle cars. Currently he is working on a 63’ Dodge restoration.
