Enhanced AOPA Legal Services Plan now offered
AOPA’s popular Legal Services Plan has long been available to members as a way of helping pilots both protect and defend their aviation rights on an individual basis. The original plan isn’t changing, but it has now been enhanced and a more comprehensive version called Legal Services Plan Plus is now offered.
So what’s the Plus? Legal Services Plan Plus is the highest level of coverage available. Members of Legal Services Plan Plus will receive more representation hours for FAA enforcement actions, aircraft accident or alcohol drug tests, aircraft sales and purchase advice, and more. With Legal Services Plan Plus, you are protected if you have a more complex legal situation that requires extra hours.
Legal Services Plan Plus is available for $99 per year, a wise investment for any pilot or aircraft owner. The essential Legal Services Plan remains priced at just $33 per year. You have the flexibility to choose the level of coverage that’s right for you. Current Legal Services Plan essential members can upgrade their coverage.
