AOPA In-House Experts: Tom Kramer
Tom Kramer—Manager, Airspace and Modernization
As Manager of Airspace and Modernization, Tom handles a range of issues on behalf of AOPA including navigation, airspace and procedure development as well as modernization initiatives.
Tom began his career at AOPA as an aviation technical specialist before moving to the government affairs division where he has managed airspace redesign and special use airspace in addition to his current role.
Prior to AOPA, Tom worked as a commercial airline pilot and certificated flight instructor.
