Encore+

With a max takeoff weight of 16,830 lb, an 1,100-lb payload with full fuel, and standard seating for eight, the Encore+ currently is the biggest of the single-pilot-capable Citations. The Encore+ uses FADEC engine controls and Pratt & Whitney PW535B engines, which each put out 3,400 lbst. The FADEC helps lower pilot workload because it precisely sets power; the pilot simply selects a thrust lever click stop for a desired power condition—takeoff, climb, or max cruise—and the FADEC computer figures out the rest.
