Phenom 100

(Under certification)

This Brazilian-made four- to six-seater features the new fuel-efficient Pratt & Whitney PW 617F turbofans of 1,615 lbst each. The result is a max cruise speed of 380 knots and a max range of 1,320 nm. The Phenom 100 will have an Embraer-designed avionics suite called the Prodigy Flight Deck, which is based on Garmin’s G1000. The Phenom 100 is Embraer’s entry-level VLJ. The company has introduced four other new business jet models, but only the Phenom 100 will be single-pilot certified. First deliveries should take place in “mid 2008,” Embraer says.
