The exhibit hall will be located in the Tampa Convention Center, and the aircraft display will be at Peter O. Knight Airport.

Exhibitor Prospectus Timeline

Mailings will be sent in the following priority order:

• 2009 sponsors receive first choice in booth selection. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for 2009, please contact your advertising representative. They will be happy to discuss sponsorship opportunities with you.
• The second mailing on May 18 is open to all companies, both exhibit hall and aircraft display, that exhibited with us in San Jose at the 2008 show.
• The third mailing on June 17 is then open to all exhibitors in our database and any company that has an interest in becoming a part of the AOPA Aviation Summit.
