The AOPA Aviation Summit provides a unique opportunity for journalists to gather valuable information about the latest on general aviation issues. You can learn about the latest in cutting-edge technology, take in more than 100 hours of seminars, check out the expansive Exhibit Hall with more than 400 exhibitor booths, see product demonstrations, and view the wide array of general aviation aircraft on display at Airportfest.

Journalists, qualified aviation bloggers, photographers, and television and radio crews attending the AOPA Aviation Summit for the express purpose of reporting on the event, along with freelance journalists on assignment for nationally recognized media outlets, may request media credentials.
Acceptance of your media credentials acknowledges that you understand and agree to all AOPA Aviation Summit media policies.

Refreshments for Registered Media Guests
Refreshments are available in the Media Room, Mesquite E of the Palm Springs Convention Center.
Registered media guests are invited to stop by for a light continental breakfast (Thursday through Saturday) and daily afternoon refreshments.
Displaying Your Publication
Table space for displaying your publication will be available in the Media Room. Media Room staff will replenish your supply as needed.
Media Room Equipment
AOPA will provide wireless connectivity in the Media Room for credentialed media.
