The AOPA AVIATION SUMMIT provides a unique opportunity for journalists to gather valuable information about the pressing aviation issues of today and for the future during daily Summit Sessions, learn about the latest cutting-edge technology, take in more than 60 hours of forums; check out the expansive Exhibit Hall with more than 500 exhibitor booths, see product demonstrations, and view the wide array of general aviation aircraft at Airportfest.

Media Credentials

Journalists, photographers, television, radio and video crews attending the AOPA AVIATION SUMMIT for the express purpose of reporting on the event and freelance journalists on assignment for a nationally recognized publication may request Media Credentials.

Acceptance of your media credentials acknowledges that you understand and agree to all AOPA Aviation Summit media policies.

Refreshments for registered media guests

Refreshments are available in the News Room (Room 27).

Registered media guests are invited to stop by for a light continental breakfast (Thursday through Saturday) and daily afternoon refreshments.

News Conferences

Unless otherwise noted, news conferences will be held in Room 26 of the Connecticut Convention Center.

Displaying your publication

Table space for displaying your publication is available in the News Room.  News Room staff will replenish your supply as needed.

News Room equipment

AOPA will provide wireless connectivity in the News Room for credentialed media.
