Want your organization or club to have a voice at AOPA Aviation Summit? Schedule a meetup.
Once again, this year’s Summit festivities will include a meetup area. Meetups will be held during Summit, from Thursday, Nov. 11, to Saturday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific time.
The meetup area is a 20-by-30 space where clubs and organizations can conduct a 20-minute presentation. The topic of the presentation is up to the group, but will require approval from AOPA.
In addition to the audience on the exhibit floor at Summit, meetups will be available after the event. AOPA will provide each participating group with a professionally recorded video of their meetup—a $5,000 to $10,000 value.
There is no cost for use of the meetup area, but availability is limited, and only noncommercial groups will be considered. In exchange for the meetup opportunity, each participating group will be asked to include an advertisement for AOPA Live at Summit on its website prior to Summit, and will also be asked to embed the AOPA Live video player on its website during Summit.
