The Exhibit Hall, Airportfest, Keynotes, Seminars, AOPA Learning Pavilion, and East Lawn Community Speaker Series will be at the Palm Springs Convention Center (277 N. Avenida Caballeros).
Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed October 9-14 to help with the exhibitor Parade of Planes, parking of more than 1,000 attendee arrival aircraft, and directing ground transportation and the flow of people and vehicles. This year’s Summit promises to be an outstanding event!
Click here to complete the required information. Volunteers who work a minimum of five hours will receive an AOPA Aviation Summit Exhibits & Seminars one-day pass (a $55 value). Once you receive a volunteer assignment in early September, you will be able to use your pass during online or on-site registration. Please note that volunteer training sessions may be required.
