AOPA AV8RS
The seekers, the adventurers, the bold have always known it. It’s time to let the next generation in on the secret—aviation is for everyone! AOPA AV8RS is AOPA’s youth membership free to teens aged 13 to 18. Through AV8RS, young people will be introduced to the world of aviation and given the support and encouragement to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
PATH to Aviation
AOPA has created an exciting and highly educational book with supporting resources and materials especially for pilots and secondary school teachers. It's called PATH—Pilots and Teachers Handbook—and it effectively connects math, science, physics, history, and technology to the basics of general aviation. The PATH program is a great tool for anyone wanting to foster an aviation interest in today’s youth.
