Tax relief could come to aircraft buyers in Kentucky

Thinking about buying an aircraft but don't want to purchase it in Kentucky because of the unfavorable tax environment? Well, relief could be coming your way. AOPA has expressed its strong support for a bill that would provide tax relief to aircraft owners by exempting personal aircraft from local property taxation as well as the state's sales and use tax. This bill not only would benefit aircraft owners, but it also could increase the amount of aviation business and bring more jobs to the state.
