Private airstrip owners get liability relief in Idaho

Idaho Gov. Dirk Kempthorne has signed legislation that amends existing state law to provide liability relief for those who have airstrips on their private property and allow the public to use them for recreational purposes. By adding airstrips to the list, this action expands the current liability relief for private property owners who allow the public access to their land for hunting and fishing.
