AOPA looks out for members during state reg update

The state of Alaska is in the process of updating its Title 17 regulations, which affect its 258 state-owned airports. AOPA wants to make sure that any changes are fair to members. And AOPA thinks rents and fees should be applied in a uniform manner so that new tenants aren't penalized, striking a balance between generating revenue and encouraging business. AOPA also commented on fire codes and security programs.
