Smaller D.C. ADIZ causes a few hiccups at Leesburg

The August 30 transition to the smaller, 30-nautical-mile-radius Washington, D.C., Air Defense Identification Zone created some confusion about traffic pattern, ingress, and egress operations at Leesburg Executive Airport in northern Virginia.
