Airspace in N.Y., N.J., Philadelphia areas under scruitny

The FAA recently announced its final plans to move forward with an airspace redesign that would move commercial aircraft operations to higher altitudes and spread out air traffic routes. While any flight pattern changes are years from being implemented, there is strong concern by members of Congress representing communities that would be affected by the redesign.
