You’re right! The low wing airplane didn’t stop at the mandatory hold-short line and is about to enter the active runway.
A momentary distraction or not being familiar with the airport diagram and hotspots can lead to a runway incursion. In a best case scenario, you might only have minor damage to the airplanes while the alternative could be catastrophic.
