Individuals who are U.S. citizens can contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year, and AOPA PAC contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. AOPA PAC must make best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor who gives more than $200 in a calendar year. The AOPA PAC is for the benefit of political candidates and activities on a state and national level that support general aviation. Any donation amounts listed in this communication are merely suggested, and you may choose to give more or less than those stated, or not at all. You will not be favored or disadvantaged because of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal.
