Get the Most out of EAA's Spirit of Aviation Week with AOPA

We know celebrating virtually is difficult because there is nothing, we’d rather do that hang out with all of you! But just because we are celebrating through the screens of our desktops and phones, doesn’t mean we need to stop the fun. Check out what you can do with AOPA during Airventure to still have the most fun possible!

Although we can’t physically join in Oshkosh to enjoy all the amazing events, booths, and food at AirVenture, we can still ban together and virtually share a week of a celebration, stories, and knowledge. If you aren’t sure how to spend the week of AirVenture virtually with us, no worries. All you will need is a computer, tablet, or phone and you will have access to all the fun! Now, just read below and you can see how to spend EAA’s Spirit of Aviation Week with AOPA!

  1. AOPA’s Virtual Booth

    Visit our booth! Look for booth number 463 and you’ll find us. At our virtual booth, you will get information about AOPA, what we do, and why we do what we do. You will be able to easily navigate to some of our most recent initiatives that are helpful to pilots and the aviation community such as our podcasts, State-by-State Guide for Pilots, and Don’t Get Rusty webinars series. We even have some fantastic features under the Product Showcase section.

  2. Social Media

    Follow us on Twitter, and Facebook for the live events that we are hosting all throughout the week! We are covering some awesome topics with fantastic hosts since we won’t be able to share our knowledge and experiences with you in person. Here is a sneak peek at the schedule:

    • July 21st Getting started in STOL hosted by Ross Wilke
    • July 22nd Using Social Media to Promote Aviation hosted by Derek Vento

    3.  Pilot Gear Store Sales
    You can’t get your merch in person, but that shouldn’t stop you from walking away with a great souvenir to remind you of the once-in-a-lifetime virtual Spirit of Aviation Week. Pilot Gear will be running various sales through the week. The sales will run from 15% off to 50%, so you should be able to snag something you love that can make you smile every time you look at it. New sales will run daily on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
