| FAA shares plans to cut flight test delays |
| The FAA says it will give designated pilot examiners new flexibility in a round of changes to the current certification process. | Boeing forecasts ‘unprecedented’ pilot demand |

| AOPA and other aviation groups are opposing a proposed cap on flight training benefits for veterans.
