Shirt tails? It’s ‘solo bricks’ at Central Florida Aerospace Academy
Traditionally, the flight instructor cuts the shirt tail from the back of a newly soloed student pilot. At Central Florida Aerospace Academy in Lakeland, Florida, they do things a bit differently. Avionics sales growth an ‘encouraging sign’
Worldwide avionics sales for business and general aviation aircraft in the first three quarters of 2018 were up a “robust” 15.5 percent from the same period in 2017, and totaled more than $2 billion, the Aircraft Electronics Association said.
