Wings and Wheels - Business Aviation Day
Enjoy our monthly fly-in with a rotating theme at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum, inside the original art-deco terminal building at Houston Hobby Airport! From 11 am to 3 pm we invite aircraft to stop by Hobby, a very GA-friendly airport, and park at the 'old terminal'. This month we celebrate the hardworking planes of Business Aviation, with aircraft on display from many roles - from news, to hospital, to the oil industry! We also invite a car club to join us at the Museum each month, bringing aircraft and car enthusiasts together at the original terminal. -- Fly in and your aircraft becomes part of the display as we provide a way for the public to get up close to real planes and talk to real pilots. You may inspire someone to get their own wings! -- Admission ($7 adult, $3 kids 12 and under) is waived for anyone who flies in or drives up in a classic car, as well as for their passengers. A local roving food vendor will be by around lunchtime. Any and all aircraft are welcome to the Museum ramp, located at a GA-friendly Class Bravo airport. Join us at Hobby and see what flies in!
