On Saturday, November 1st, Mr. Keith Chatten, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Superior Air Parts, Inc., located in Coppell, TX. will be guest speaker for EAA 690’s 1st Saturday Aviation Program and Pancake Breakfast. Mr. Chatten will discuss some of the issues facing the General Aviation community.
Prior to joining Superior Air Parts in early 2013, Chatten had been the Associate Vice President of Engineering for Continental Motors, Inc. During his fourteen-plus-year career he has held a variety of Engineering and Program Management positions with increasing responsibilities within the engine manufacturing company. Before joining Continental, Keith was a Project Engineer for John Deere, Consumer Products.
Keith holds an MBA from University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He has over 4,000 hours of flight time with experience in virtually every current piston powered aircraft.
