Never a shrinking violet, AOPA President Phil Boyer has taken on new responsibilities to promote the association—modeling the AOPA Insignia collection from Sporty's Pilot Shop.
Joked Boyer of his additional duties, "I've been the public face of AOPA for about 13 years. But I never thought the day would come when I'd be the association's catalog model."
Here, he's sporting an AOPA Zulu Time watch and the new long-sleeve AOPA twill dress shirt and the Australian-style AOPA Tilley hat. A portion of each AOPA Insignia product sale goes to support AOPA and general aviation.
