Static display aircraft at AOPA Expo 2002 |
Pilots just itching to nestle down in the latest aircraft general aviation has to offer don't have long to wait. In less than two weeks, AOPA Expo 2003 opens in Philadelphia, and the static display is full to overflowing with everything from two-seat trainers to business jets.
"We've got so many exhibitors wanting to show their aircraft, we've filled the ramp," said AOPA Manager of Aviation Services Rob Hackman. "We've had to start a waiting list."
The static display area is at Atlantic, the host FBO at Philadelphia International Airport. It's just a short, free shuttle bus ride away from the exhibition hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
