Florida voters reject 'trains over planes' plan

Florida voters repealed an amendment to the state constitution requiring a high-speed rail system. That's particularly significant to pilots because the rail plan threatened to divert state funds away from airports. Florida has one of the most robust airport development programs in the nation, currently spending about $92 million.
