AOPA Expo starts final approach into Palm Springs

Expo kicks off on this morning, when AOPA members will have the chance to hear AOPA member Rep. Sam Graves (R-Mo.), a member of the House aviation subcommittee, and AOPA President Phil Boyer discuss the threat of user fees - and what the general aviation industry is doing to prevent them - with the presidents of EAA, GAMA, and NBAA.

But that's not all. Attendees will have access to more than 500 exhibitor displays and more than 75 hours of seminars, including topics on flight safety, medical certification, and aircraft ownership.

It's not too late to come to Expo (you can register right there). Bring a friend who wants to learn to fly - AOPA Project Pilot is offering a special Invitation to Fly seminar geared specifically toward prospective pilots that will explain just how easy, fun, and affordable learning to fly really is.

But if you are stuck at the office and can't swing a three-day getaway to sunny Palm Springs, be sure to visit our Virtual Expo Web page. We have photos and video of the Parade of Planes, plus coverage of the aircraft display, exhibit hall, and special AOPA events.
