AOPA has scheduled a full slate of seminars for pilots during the tenth annual Fly-In to AOPA headquarters Saturday, June 3, at the Frederick Municipal Airport, Maryland. Of special note are two presentations by acclaimed lecturer Rod Machado, columnist for AOPA Pilot and AOPA Flight Training magazine.
"The AOPA Fly-In and Open House offers some wonderful opportunities for fun and education," said AOPA President Phil Boyer. "This is the widest range of aviation seminars we've ever offered at a Fly-In. There's something for everyone."
More than 20 hours of seminars are scheduled.

The FAA will set up a temporary control tower on Saturday, June 3. Special AOPA Fly-In arrival and departure procedures will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. A temporary FAA flight service station will operate in the exhibitors' tent, with flight service specialists offering pilots face-to-face briefings.

The 355,000-member Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association is the world's largest civil aviation organization. More than one half of the nation's pilots are AOPA members.
