AOPA President Phil Boyer, along with the heads of EAA and NBAA and the communications director for GAMA, will join Rep. Sam Graves to discuss the latest general aviation issues on Saturday, July 12, at the fifth annual Wing Nuts Flying Circus and Fly-In at Gould Memorial Airport in Tarkio, Mo. Graves, who owns a 1947 Piper Cub, has invited pilots, industry leaders, and government officials to the event at his home airport.
