Continental has cylinder sale

Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) lowered prices on an improved line of its TopCare cylinders by $75 to $230.

“Today we again tout Continental Motors’ commitment to continuous product development and improvement without adding additional cost to the airplane owner,” said Rhett Ross, TCM president. “Our efforts to improve quality and reduce manufacturing costs continue to allow us to pass value and savings to our customers.”

Improvements to the cylinders include better cylinder head castings, advanced cylinder wall honing, enhanced valve insert materials, computerized valve seat finishing, and increased corrosion protection.
