Stratos 714 jet cabin on display

stratosStratos Aircraft, based in Bend, Ore., has built a full-size cabin of its Stratos 714 jet and plans to display it at EAA’s AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wis., beginning July 27.

Visitors and prospective buyers will be able to sit in the mock-up, try it on for size, and make suggestions about modifications before the company finalizes the design.

“The full-size mock-up clearly demonstrates the level of roominess and comfort we are aiming to achieve,” said Stratos CEO Michael Lemaire. “No amount of blueprints or renderings can replace actually sitting in the cabin.”
