AOPA has successfully negotiated price reductions at two of the official AOPA Aviation Summit hotels in Tampa, Fla.
The Hyatt Regency Tampa and Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk have agreed to lower their prices for the AOPA Aviation Summit room block for a limited time—prices are guaranteed until Oct. 13.
Each hotel in the official room block, which includes the Hyatt and Sheraton as well as Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown, Tampa Marriott Waterside, and Westin Tampa Harbour Island, comes with a lowest price guarantee during the week of Summit. In addition, when members and guests book through the official block, they will not be denied their reservation should the hotel overbook their rooms.
Prices now range from as low as $139 for the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk, along scenic Hillsborough River, to $188 for the Marriott Waterside and Embassy Suites properties. Guests are only required to reserve with one night’s deposit that is used 72 hours prior to check-in. Staying at official AOPA hotels offers attendees the advantage of complimentary shuttle transportation to the Friday night reception at the Florida Aquarium and dinner at the Riverwalk. And when you reserve an official AOPA hotel, you have an opportunity to mingle with your fellow pilots and exhibitors and develop long-lasting friendships.
