Maverick Helicopters, a tour and charter operator based in Las Vegas, recently unveiled the redesign of its Web site. The focus was on making it simpler for visitors to find all the information necessary to choose a tour that best fits their needs and desires.
The enhanced Web site is interactive and more customer-centric. The tour pages showcased in the new layout contain more content, reviews, photos, and video clips to give travelers a comprehensive look at the experiences they can have with Maverick Helicopters. The site also allows users to discover the company’s most popular tour packages, staff picks, and special promotions. Striving to be more travel-oriented, the site features a mapping tool, along with tour tips, trivia, and an informative blog. In addition, the Web site has introduced a live chat service.
“Live chat is more personal and gives our customers a chance to interact with staff members for immediate answers to their questions,” said John Buch, vice president of sales and marketing at Maverick Aviation Group. “It looks fantastic, and now it’s easier to navigate and get pertinent details about all of our tours, wedding packages, and services; we think our customers will be pleased with the changes and the uncomplicated booking process.”
Maverick Aviation Group was launched in 1995 as Maverick Helicopters with just one helicopter and the goal of offering visitors the finest level of service possible in the helicopter tour industry. Today, it boasts the largest fleet of ECO-Star helicopters in the world. Along with the Las Vegas Strip, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon West, the company began offering tours at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon in 2005. In 2008, Maverick Airlines was launched. It is comprised of two Beechcraft 1900D ExecLiner aircraft that provide direct flights to the South and West Rims of the Grand Canyon from the Henderson Executive Airport. Mustang Helicopters, a new brand created for budget-minded travelers, took off in May 2009.
