Hawker Beechcraft is exhibiting its new King Air C90GTx June 4 to 6 at an airshow now it its fourth year, Eur-Avia in Cannes, France. The star C90BTx was promised in 2009 and is now ready for delivery.
Key enhancements include an increase in gross weight and the addition of composite winglets to improve climb performance and further increase fuel efficiency. The C90GTx seats up to seven passengers. It includes an in-flight accessible, heated, and pressurized baggage storage area along with a private aft lavatory as standard.
The gross weight has doubled the full-fuel payload. New composite winglets improve the climb rate while increasing fuel efficiency. The aircraft can cruise at 270 knots true airspeed at 20,000 feet, powered by two Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6A-135A engines.
Eur-Avia takes place at Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport and is intended for owners, pilots, enthusiasts, and professionals in the general aviation industry.
