Oxygen conserver system available

Oxygen system manufacturer Aerox has developed its new, DDO2 dilution-demand oxygen conserving system. The system, designed for use with portable oxygen systems, uses negative inspiration pressure to trigger pulses of oxygen. When the user inhales, pulses of oxygen are delivered—unlike systems that continually deliver a flow of nonstop oxygen.

By using pulse-action, the Aerox unit extends the duration times of oxygen cylinders. The system includes a neck strap, outlet and inlet hoses, and the regulator unit. The outlet hose (with flow indicator) and inlet hose are compatible with Aerox, CPC, or Skyox plug-in fittings.

Aerox provides OEM systems on Diamond, Piper, and other aircraft, and also makes emergency and first aid systems for use on the ground or in the air.
