New England Ninety-Nines offer scholarships for 2012

The Eastern New England chapter of the International Organization of Women Pilots (The Ninety-Nines) is accepting applications for its annual scholarship program. Scholarship opportunities are available for women and men who reside or are studying in one of the six New England states.

The Katharine Barr Honorary Scholarship is open to women and men and is for $1,500. The William Bridge Scholarship and the Ann Wood Kelly Scholarship are open to women with at least a private pilot certificate, and are for $1,500 each. The New England Section of The Ninety-Nines offers a scholarship in memory of New Hampshire pilot Shirley Mahn that is for $1,500.
